Overall this was a warm and dry month with limited severe weather. However, the one significant exception to that was a widespread severe storm outbreak on the 14th. The highlight of the event was an EF-2 tornado that crossed the Ohio River three times on its way from Hanover, IN, through Milton, KY, south of Brooksburg, IN, and to Carrollton, KY. The twister was on the ground for 26 minutes along its 18 mile path, and injured two people.
