ON RECORD WITH MAJOR FLOODING RECORDED ALONG THE LOWER REACHES OF
THE RIVER.
BEAUREGARD...FLOODING WAS REPORTED FROM RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 5 TO 15
INCHES ACROSS THE PARISH. WITH BUNDICK CREEK REACHING MODERATE FLOOD
STAGE.
ALLEN...FLASH FLOODING WAS REPORTED THROUGHOUT THE PARISH WITH MAJOR
FLOODING REPORTED ALONG THE CALCASIEU RIVER AT OBERLIN AND KINDER
WITH THE 7TH HIGHEST CREST ON RECORD RECORDED AT OBERLIN AND 6TH
HIGHEST CREST AT KINDER.
JEFFERSON DAVIS...FLASH FLOODING WAS REPORTED ACROSS THE PARISH WITH
MINOR FLOODING NOTED ALONG THE MERMENTAU RIVER AND BAYOU LACASSINE.
MODERATE FLOODING WAS REPORTED ALONG BAYOU NEZPIQUE.
RAPIDES...RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 10-20 INCHES WAS REPORTED THAT
PRODUCED WIDESPREAD FLASH FLOODING WITH ONE DROWNING VICTIM REPORTED
IN RAPIDES PARISH. MAJOR FLOODING WAS REPORTED ALONG THE CALCASIEU
RIVER AND BAYOU COCODRIE.
ACADIA...HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WESTERN PORTION OF THE PARISH
PRODUCED MODERATE FLOODING ALONG BAYOU NEZPIQUE AND BAYOU DES
CANNES.
EVANGELINE...HEAVY RAINFALL PRODUCED MAJOR FLOODING ALONG BAYOU
COCODRIE WITH WATER GETTING INTO HOMES. MODERATE FLOODING WAS
