VICTORIA...RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL OF 8-10 INCHES FELL NEAR INEZ IN
NORTHEASTERN VICTORIA COUNTY. WATER SURROUNDED HOMES AND ROSE ACROSS
SOME ROADS (EG KEERAN RD), RESULTING IN THE FAILURE OF A
CULVERT/BRIDGE. 5 RESIDENTS WERE CUTOFF FROM EMERGENCY SERVICES AND
THEIR HOMES. A BASEBALL FIELD WAS UNDER WATER.
