COMPONENT LED TO A PILE UP OF WATER ON NORTH FACING BAY SIDE BEACHES.

MAIN IMPACT FROM TS CINDY MINOR COASTAL FLOODING AROUND GALVESTON
ISLAND AND ESPECIALLY BOLIVAR PENINSULA. WATER AND DEBRIS COVERED A
LOW LYING SECTION OF HWY 87 NEAR ITS INTERSECTION WITH HWY 124. THIS
AREA IS ESPECIALLY VULNERABLE TO COASTAL FLOODING. ELSEWHERE
CHANNELS WERE ELEVATED AROUND JAMAICA BEACH AND OTHER WEST END
COMMUNITIES BUT WILL RELATIVELY LITTLE IMPACT. A VOLUNTARY
EVACUATION WAS ORDERED FOR BOLIVAR PENINSULA FOR SPECIAL NEEDS
COMMUNTIES.

CHAMBERS             0                 0                     0

CHAMBERS COUNTY WAS CLOSEST FROM OUR WARNING AREA TO THE CENTER OF
TS CINDY AND DID EXPERIENCE THE HIGHEST RAINFALL TOTALS WITH SOME
AREAS RECIEVING 3 TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN. THIS WAS FAIRLY WELL
TOLERATED HOWEVER. NO REPORTS OF DAMAGE WERE RECEIVED.

BRAZORIA             0                 0                     NONE

BRAZORIA COUNTY EXPERIENCED MINOR COASTAL FLOODING AROUND SURFSIDE
AND BLUE WATER HIGHWAY BUT MINIMAL IMPACTS.

HARRIS

HARRIS COUNTY SAW MINIMAL IMPACTS FROM THE STORM WITH RAINFALL
AMOUNTS AROUND 2 INCHES EASTER SECTIONS...MAINLY LESS THAN AN INCH
WEST. TIDES WERE ELEVATED ALONG GALVESTON BAY BUT LITTLE IMPACTS.
