Tonight

A period of dense fog will be possible this evening, especially across portions of North Mississippi and Southeast Arkansas. Fog will decrease tonight as winds and dry air increase behind a cold front moving across the region.

Rain is likely to continue across much of the area into tonight, ending before sunrise. Precipitation will have ended well before temperatures in the northwest fall to near freezing resulting in only liquid rain tonight with no risk for wintry precipitation.
