Critical to Extremely Critical Fire Weather in the Southern Plains; Heavy Snow in the Sierra Nevada and Great Basin

Strong winds and very dry conditions will promote critical to extremely critical fire weather conditions across portions of the Southern Plains, especially across eastern New Mexico and far western Texas.
