A tornado touched down west of Foley and moved northeast across the northern part of Foley to near the Wilson Airport. Five planes were destroyed at Wilson Airport. Two homes were demolished and 12 others suffered extensive damaged. Several commercial buildings and other homes were slightly damaged. Numerous trees were uprooted and power lines were knocked down.

A tornado touched down on Pump Station Road. One home was destroyed and 3 people were injuredat this location. The tornado then moved into the western parts of Eufaula where 5 homes, a hospital, and a plant were damaged.

A tornado touched down 2 miles southwest of Georgiana where it cut a path through the trees. The tornado entered Georgiana along Highway 31 where 2 homes were unroofed, several barns were destroyed, 17 homes were damaged and a fertilizer plant were damaged. Numerous trees were downed along the entire path.

Three homes were demolished and 10 were killed near US 280. At least 20 homes were damaged, 5 farm buildings were destroyed, and several automobiles were damaged. Some of the debris was found over a half mile away. One home was lifted intact over 300 feet before it hit another home and trees.
