Another Fall Severe Weather Episode
Central Alabama Severe Weather - November 15, 2006

A strong storm system brought a round of severe thunderstorms to several locations across Central Alabama on Wednesday, November 15, 2006. The hardest hit area was Montgomery County, especially on the eastern side of Metro Montgomery. Tornadoes were confirmed in Lowndes, Montgomery, Elmore, Tallapoosa, Chambers, Pike and Barbour Counties. Of the 8 tornadoes...2 tornadoes were rated F2, 5 were rated F1 and one was rated F0. Additionally, straight line wind damage was reported in a few more counties.
