Lightning Safety: “See a Flash, Dash Inside!”

Not everyone can hear thunder, signaling that they need to take shelter. The Deaf and Hard of Hearing must rely on visual cues to stay weather aware. This lightning safety outreach initiative is meant to help those in that community be weather-ready! "See a Flash, Dash Inside!"
