February 12, 2025 Winter Storm Recap

Overview

A winter system brought accumulating snow to much of central IL on Wednesday February 12th, resulting in disruptions to the morning and evening commutes for many across the area. The system brought also some sleet and freezing rain to areas near I-70, and rain further south. Below is a look at preliminary snowfall totals as of 9pm February 12th.
