            DRY CREEK WAS FLOODING A RUNWAY AT THE SCOTTSBORO
            MUNICIPAL AIRPORT WITH 3-4 INCHES OF WATER. THE AUTOMATED
            COOP WEATHER STATION AT THIS LOCATION WAS PARTIALLY
            SUBMERGED IN FLOOD WATERS. 6.68 INCHES OF RAIN WAS
            REPORTED BY A SECONDARY WEATHER STATION AT THE AIRPORT.
            THIS IS SUSPECTED TO BE UNDERESTIMATING THE RAINFALL
            TOTAL.
