Last Map Update: Fri, Apr 4, 2025 at 9:44:11 am CDT

Low to medium chances of severe storms are forecast Saturday evening through Sunday morning (especially for NW AL, north-central AL, and southern middle TN). These storms will bring the potential for damaging winds, hail, tornadoes, and heavy rain/flooding. Make sure to have a safety plan - know where your safe place is and emergency kit ready before the storms hit! Always have multiple ways to receive warning information (especially ones that will wake you up at night)!
A cold front will bring high chances of showers/storms (70-100%) Saturday evening through Sunday. Low-medium chances of severe storms are anticipated for NW AL, north-central AL, and southern middle TN Saturday evening through Sunday morning. After the front passes, much colder and drier weather is in store for the region early next week. After highs in the mid to upper 80s for many locations today and Saturday, highs will struggle to warm past the 50s Monday and Tuesday, with lows in the mid 30s to around 40 degrees.
