VALUES INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS AND TEENS ACROSS CENTRAL

* HAZARD TYPES...DANGEROUSLY COLD WIND CHILLS.

* WIND CHILL READINGS...5 TO 15 BELOW ZERO.

* TIMING...TONIGHT.

* IMPACTS...VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS CAN RESULT IN FROST 
  BITE OR HYPOTHERMIA IF PROPER PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 15 TO 35 MPH EARLY THIS EVENING...DIMINISHING
  TO 10 TO 25 MPH BY MIDNIGHT TONIGHT. WIND SHOULD CONTINUE TO
  DIMINISH AFTER MIDNIGHT.

* TEMPERATURES...DROPPING TO 3 BELOW TO 10 ABOVE BY EARLY THURSDAY
  MORNING.

A WIND CHILL WARNING MEANS THE COMBINATION OF VERY COLD AIR AND
STRONG WINDS WILL CREATE DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILL VALUES. THIS
CAN RESULT IN FROSTBITE AND COULD LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA OR DEATH IF
PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.

DO NOT VENTURE OUTDOORS WITHOUT PROPER PROTECTIVE CLOTHING. IF
YOU MUST GO OUTSIDE...WEAR MULTIPLE LAYERS OF LOOSE FITTING
