Back-to-back powerful Pacific storm systems to impact the Pacific Northwest and northern California through the end of this week with heavy rain, flooding, strong winds, and higher elevation mountain snow. We are seeking college students to volunteer at our office for Spring Semester 2025.

The deadline for applications for volunteering in the Spring of 2025 is

Friday, November 1, 2024.

The goal of our Student Volunteer Program is to allow the volunteer to gain experience in the operations of a National Weather Service Forecast Office and a River Forecast Center.

Interested students should review the flyer below, be prepared to upload a cover letter, resume, and transcript, and fill out the application form.
