...Summary...
The National Weather Service in State College PA has confirmed a
tornado near Westmont in Cambria County Pennsylvania on May
23, 2019.

An EF-0 tornado touched down on the southeast side of Sunnehanna
Country Club in Westmont and progressed southeastward across
Stackhouse Park and along Menoher Boulevard to the west of 
Grandview Cemetery. The tornado lifted just beyond the sharp bend 
on Menoher Boulevard.

A swath of tree damage was observed as the tornado crossed
Stackhouse Park, and sporadic tree damage was observed along
Menoher Boulevard.
