Grand County NOAA Weather Radio Degraded State

The NOAA weather radio (North Cottonwood) serving Grand County Colorado will be operating in a degraded state until further notice due to a lightning strike. Some areas may continue to receive a high quality broadcast, especially close to the transmitter. Locations farther from the transmitter or blocked by terrain may experience a degraded or loss of signal until repaired. National Weather Service personnel and local authorities are working together to resolve the issue.
