Arctic Air for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic; Increase Moisture for Pacific Northwest; Active Pattern for Hawaii

An arctic cold front will impact the Great Lakes, Northeast and mid-Atlantic. Snow showers and squalls will accompany this system with increasing winds and falling temperatures. Damaging wind gusts may result in tree damage and power outages. A Blizzard Warning has been issued for portions of northeastern SD and western MN from 3am until 8pm Wednesday. A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for the rest of our area from midnight CST/11pm MST tonight until 6pm CST/5pm MST Wednesday.
