This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.
.DAY ONE...Tonight
Breezy winds from the southwest gusting to 35 to 45 mph will
produce elevated fire weather conditions in the early evening.
Burning is discouraged.
Thunderstorm chances are forecast tonight over northern into
central Iowa with the severe weather potential remaining low. If a
severe storm did develop, hail and gusty winds are the main
threats.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday
Additional storm chances are forecast later on Saturday into
Saturday night. The severe weather potential remains low.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central
Minnesota...east central Minnesota...south central Minnesota...
southeast Minnesota...northwest Wisconsin and west central
Wisconsin.
.DAY ONE...Tonight.
Isolated to scattered thunderstorms can be expected into early
this evening along a frontal boundary from southwest into east
central Minnesota and far western Wisconsin. A few storms may be
severe, with large hail the primary hazard. There is a Marginal
Risk, level 1 of 5, of severe thunderstorms for southern through
east central Minnesota into western Wisconsin.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.
Widespread rain Saturday will transition to a wintry mix of snow
and freezing rain Saturday evening, then change to all snow early
morning Saturday and continue as snow throughout the day Saturday.
Minor ice accumulations and snow accumulations of a few inches
are likely across central Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.
More wintry weather, including the potential for more
accumulating snow, will be possible with a storm system that will
impact the region in the middle of next week.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest
Iowa...west central Iowa...east central Nebraska...northeast
Nebraska and southeast Nebraska.
.DAY ONE...Tonight and Saturday
Very high to extreme fire danger is forecast across most of the
area this afternoon with south southwesterly wind gusts of 30 to
45 mph and very warm, dry conditions. A Red Flag Warning is in
effect for much of the area until 8 pm this evening.
We have chances for storms this evening with potential for a few
strong to isolated severe storms mainly across northeast Nebraska.
Hail is once again the primary threat but gusty winds could also
occur.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday night through Friday
Chances for showers and storms continue into Saturday. A few
strong to severe storms are possible across southeast Nebraska and
western Iowa Saturday afternoon and evening, with a marginal risk
of severe weather in effect across this area. The main threats
are hail and strong wind gusts.
Snow is expected to mix in with rain at times Saturday night into
Sunday in northeast Nebraska. Snow accumulations look to remain
less than one half inch at this time.

There will be a chance of thunderstorms on Saturday. The primary
threat is lightning.
This weekend, widespread rain will transition to snow/wintry mix

Strong southwest winds gusting around 35 to 45 mph, very warm
temperatures and dry vegetation will lead to an elevated
grassland fire danger through early this evening.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY
There is a Marginal Risk, or level 1 of 5, for severe weather
Saturday evening and night, with strong wind gusts and large hail
being the main hazards.
Additional showers and thunderstorms will be possible Sunday.
There is now a Slight Risk, or level 2 of 5, for severe weather
across our southeast, with a Marginal Risk for most of the
remainder of the area.

This hazardous weather outlook is for northwest...north central and
west central Missouri...as well as extreme eastern Kansas.
.DAY ONE...Through tonight.
Elevated fire-weather conditions are expected today with wind gusts
up to 40 mph. However, minimum relative humidity values of 32-38
percent is expected this afternoon.
Isolated thunderstorms and showers are moving eastward across north
central Missouri this morning. Expect light rain and peak winds of
50 mph with the strongest storms.

A limited risk of severe storms is forecast for portions of the area
on Saturday and Sunday. Severe weather potential is possible on

area on Sunday. Large hail and damaging winds are the primary
threats for each day.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Iowa, west central
Iowa, southwest Minnesota, northeast Nebraska, central South
Dakota, east central South Dakota, south central South Dakota and
southeast South Dakota.
.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.
Hot temperatures and breezy winds will lead to very high to extreme
fire danger this afternoon.
Thunderstorms are also possible across parts of southwest Minnesota,
southeast South Dakota, and northwest Iowa this evening. Some of
these storms could be strong to severe with wind gusts up to 60 mph
and large hail up to 1 inch in diameter.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.
More widespread rain will return by Saturday with amounts likely to
reach up to a half an inch to an inch. Rain looks to transition to
light snow on the back side of the system. Snowfall amounts look to
be light at this time.
