Handling multiple warnings in one county/parish

  1. Issue a TOR for the counties/parishes and times needed
    a) Do not worry about SVR
     
  2. When creating a followup for the SVR, do not remove the TOR area unless the parent storm has moved out of the area.
     
  3. Add a headline to the SVR followup stating a TOR is in effect for the overlapping area.
    a) Short-fused warnings do not have upgrade or replace capability - WarnGen is not designed for this


     
  4. Followup the TOR as usual.
     
  5. If the TOR is cancelled early and the storm no longer poses a severe weather threat, go ahead and cancel the SVR.
