Potential Tornado Outbreak Today; Atmospheric River for the Northwest

Severe thunderstorm outbreak with tornadoes, wind damage, and large hail are expected today from parts of the southern Plains, eastward into the lower Mississippi Valley and central Gulf Coast states.
