  Southern Ferry County in northeastern Washington...
  Northern Spokane County in northeastern Washington...
  Southeastern Pend Oreille County in northeastern Washington...

* At 337 PM PDT, an area of blowing dust is impacting portions of 
  Northeast Washington and North Idaho.

  HAZARD...Less than two miles visibility with strong wind in excess 
           of 30 mph.

  SOURCE...Trained weather spotters.

  IMPACT...Hazardous travel.

* This includes the following highways...
   U.S. Highway 2 in Idaho between mile markers 0 and 11.
   U.S. Highway 2 in Washington between mile markers 227 and 266, and
  between mile markers 295 and 334.
   U.S. Highway 395 in Washington between mile markers 166 and 196.

Locations impacted include...
Spokane, Priest River, Nine Mile Falls, Deer Park, Newport, Spirit
Lake, Davenport, Fairwood, Suncrest, Chattaroy, Country Homes,
Lincoln, Reardan, Springdale, Creston, Oldtown, Elk, Mount Spokane,
Mondovi, and Rocklyn.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Blowing dust brings reduced visibility, leading to dangerous driving
conditions. If driving, avoid blowing dust if possible. If caught in
dense blowing dust, pull off the road, turn off your lights and keep
your foot off the brake.
