The National Weather Service in Spokane has issued a

* Dust Advisory for...
  Central Adams County in eastern Washington...
  Southeastern Grant County in north central Washington...

* Until 730 PM PDT.

* At 530 PM PDT, areas of blowing dust were located between Moses 
  Lake and Ritzville.

  HAZARD...Less than one mile visibility with strong wind in excess 
           of 40 mph.  Locally lower visibility near recently plowed 
           fields.

  SOURCE...Highway Department and satellite imagery.

  IMPACT...Hazardous travel.

* This includes the following highways...
   Interstate 90 in Washington between mile markers 179 and 215.
   U.S. Highway 395 in Washington between mile markers 64 and 86.

Locations impacted include...
McDonald, Hatton, Sieler, Warden, Ruff, Schrag, Lind, Othello,
Wheeler, Cunningham, Beatrice, and Moses Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Blowing dust brings reduced visibility, leading to dangerous driving
conditions. If driving, avoid blowing dust if possible. If caught in
dense blowing dust, pull off the road, turn off your lights and keep
your foot off the brake.
