Widespread shower activity will overspread the area from west to east overnight and linger into Sunday evening. Some of the showers will be on the heavy side. Isolated thunderstorms will be possible, mainly across far southern Pennsylvania. Monday will bring a lull in the rainfall, with a chance for light rain limited to mainly the southern tier. However, rainfall chances increase again Monday night through Thursday, as a slow moving upper trough approaches from the Ohio Valley. The strength and exact placement of a high pressure system over Quebec next week will determine whether the heaviest rain falls over Pennsylvania or if it will be focused to our south and east. && Warren- Including the city of Warren 228 PM EDT Sat Sep 19 2026 Tonight Sun Sun Night Mon Cloud Cover Mcldy Mcldy Mcldy Mcldy Precip Type Tstms Tstms None None Chance Precip (%) 90 90 0 0 Chance of Thunder (%) 20 20 0 0 Temp (24h trend) 57 (+3) 71 (-1) 44 67 RH % (24h trend) 100 (+7) 76 (+18) 96 51 20ftWnd-Val/AM(mph) Lgt/Var NE 5 G15 20ftWnd-Rdg/PM(mph) Lgt/Var NW 5 G13 N 5 G13 NE 5 G14 Precip Amount 0.26 0.52 0.00 0.00 Precip Duration 10 7 Precip Begin 6 PM Continuing Precip End Continuing 5 PM Mixing Hgt(ft-agl) 450 1590 440 3360 Transport Wnd (mph) SE 12 N 12 E 10 E 13 Vent Rate (kt-ft) 4500 15900 3960 36960 Dispersion 2 5 2 5 DSI 1 1 Sunshine Hours 2 4 Max ADI Early 11 Poor 6 Very Poor Max ADI Late 8 Poor Very Poor Max LVORI Early 5 10 Max LVORI Late 9 9 Remarks: ADI is Atmospheric Dispersion Index by Lavdas.
