A weak cold front over Lower Michigan and Northwestern Ohio will move east and bring showers and scattered thunderstorms with potential brief heavy rain and strong wind gusts late this afternoon and this evening, mainly across the Northwestern Half of Pennsylvania. Most places south and east of I-80/I-99 will be dry through at least 5 or 6 PM, and the lower Susq valley will likely be dry through sunset, with min RHs in the low 30s in that area. South to Southwesterly winds will gust 15-20 mph this afternoon. Friday will be mainly dry with variable amounts of clouds and sunshine as the aforementioned weak cold front drifts south across the Commonwealth. A few brief showers will still be scattered about across the region. Min RH values on Friday will be in the 40s and 50s. An area of low pressure will move east along the front and bring periods of steady light to moderate rain across the region Friday night and Saturday. Multi-day rain totals will generally range from 0.75 of an inch to 1.5 inches with locally higher amounts possible in a few spots. && Warren- Including the city of Warren 241 PM EDT Thu Jun 25 2026 Tonight Fri Fri Night Sat Cloud Cover Pcldy Mcldy Mcldy Mcldy Precip Type Tstms None Showers Tstms Chance Precip (%) 60 0 60 60 Chance of Thunder (%) 50 0 0 20 Temp (24h trend) 55 (0) 77 (+2) 56 76 RH % (24h trend) 100 (+13) 52 (-13) 100 63 20ftWnd-Val/AM(mph) Lgt/Var Lgt/Var 20ftWnd-Rdg/PM(mph) Lgt/Var Lgt/Var Lgt/Var Lgt/Var Precip Amount 0.14 0.00 0.16 0.14 Precip Duration 2 2 5 Precip Begin 6 PM 8 PM Continuing Precip End 12 AM Continuing 6 PM Mixing Hgt(ft-agl) 440 4500 420 3530 Transport Wnd (mph) SW 8 W 14 SE 6 E 10 Vent Rate (kt-ft) 3080 54000 2100 31770 Dispersion 2 5 1 5 DSI 2 2 Sunshine Hours 4 6 Max ADI Early 9 Poor 38 Fair 6 Very Poor 30 Fair Max ADI Late 4 Very Poor 60 Gen Good 4 Very Poor 45 Gen Good Max LVORI Early 7 8 6 8 Max LVORI Late 9 1 8 3 Remarks: ADI is Atmospheric Dispersion Index by Lavdas.
