Clouds will increase and thicken up today with periods of rain from later tonight into Sunday. Rain may be heavy at times, with most of central PA picking up between 0.50-1.50 inch of rain through Sunday night. Monday will bring a lull in the rainfall, with a chance for light rain limited to just the southern tier. However, rainfall chances increase again Monday night through Thursday, as a slow moving upper trough approaches from the Ohio Valley. The strength and exact placement of a high pressure system over Quebec next week will determine whether the heaviest rain falls over Pennsylvania or if it will be focused to our south and east. && Warren- Including the city of Warren 439 AM EDT Sat Sep 19 2026 Today Tonight Sun Cloud Cover Pcldy Mcldy Mcldy Precip Type None Showers Tstms Chance Precip (%) 0 70 90 Chance of Thunder (%) 0 0 20 Temp (24h trend) 73 (0) 56 (+4) 68 RH % (24h trend) 51 (-3) 100 (+8) 76 20ftWnd-Val/AM(mph) Lgt/Var Lgt/Var 20ftWnd-Rdg/PM(mph) Lgt/Var Lgt/Var NW 5 G14 Precip Amount 0.00 0.21 0.70 Precip Duration 5 8 Precip Begin 8 PM Continuing Precip End Continuing 6 PM Mixing Hgt(ft-agl) 3060 450 1820 Transport Wnd (mph) S 8 SE 10 NW 13 Vent Rate (kt-ft) 21420 4050 20020 Dispersion 5 2 5 DSI 2 1 Sunshine Hours 4 2 Max ADI Early 17 Gen Poor 11 Poor 8 Poor Max ADI Late 28 Fair 8 Poor 8 Poor Max LVORI Early 6 5 10 Max LVORI Late 2 8 10 Remarks: ADI is Atmospheric Dispersion Index by Lavdas.
