A cold front nearly bisecting the state from NE to SW will push slowly south through the rest of the District this afternoon and evening before stalling out just south of the Mason/Dixon line tonight and Friday. A few weak waves of low pressure riding east along this boundary well bring periods of showers to Southern PA, and perhaps even a brief thunderstorm late this afternoon or early this evening across the Laurel Highlands. Only isolated showers are expected north of US Route 22. Fair and dry weather is expected for everyone Friday. Showers and a few thunderstorms return from the south on Saturday. && Warren- Including the city of Warren 208 PM EDT Thu Sep 10 2026 Tonight Fri Fri Night Sat Cloud Cover Pcldy Mclear Pcldy Pcldy Precip Type None None None Tstms Chance Precip (%) 0 0 0 60 Chance of Thunder (%) 0 0 0 20 Temp (24h trend) 51 (-14) 76 (-1) 52 79 RH % (24h trend) 100 (0) 45 (-20) 100 69 20ftWnd-Val/AM(mph) Lgt/Var Lgt/Var 20ftWnd-Rdg/PM(mph) Lgt/Var Lgt/Var Lgt/Var S 5 G13 Precip Amount 0.00 0.00 0.00 0.23 Precip Duration 4 Precip Begin 8 AM Precip End Continuing Mixing Hgt(ft-agl) 420 4220 400 3420 Transport Wnd (mph) NE 5 NW 7 NE 6 S 13 Vent Rate (kt-ft) 1680 25320 2000 37620 Dispersion 1 5 1 5 DSI 2 2 Sunshine Hours 10 5 Max ADI Early 8 Poor 20 Gen Poor 3 Very Poor 28 Fair Max ADI Late 3 Very Poor 34 Fair 4 Very Poor 48 Gen Good Max LVORI Early 8 9 7 7 Max LVORI Late 9 2 7 3 Remarks: ADI is Atmospheric Dispersion Index by Lavdas.
