A moisture-starved cold front will deliver slightly cooler temperatures today, though it will still be very warm for this time of year. RH values will range from the mid 30s in south central PA to the upper 50s in the northeast. Mainly dry conditions will be accompanied by a light north-northwest breeze. It will be warmer and more windy on Saturday as winds shift around to come out of the south. A cold front will bring showers and thunderstorms on Saturday afternoon and evening, some of which could be severe across western PA. In the wake of the cold front, temperatures will drop off significantly. A few snow flurries could mix with rain on Sunday and frost/freeze conditions are increasingly likely Monday and Tuesday mornings. && Warren- Including the city of Warren 434 AM EDT Fri Apr 17 2026 Today Tonight Sat Cloud Cover Pcldy Mclear Pcldy Precip Type None None Tstms Chance Precip (%) 0 0 80 Chance of Thunder (%) 0 0 50 Temp (24h trend) 72 (-5) 53 (-1) 78 RH % (24h trend) 45 (-1) 87 (-13) 50 20ftWnd-Val/AM(mph) Lgt/Var S 7 G20 20ftWnd-Rdg/PM(mph) Lgt/Var Lgt/Var S 10 G22 Precip Amount 0.00 0.00 0.32 Precip Duration 5 Precip Begin 8 AM Precip End Continuing Mixing Hgt(ft-agl) 4240 220 4970 Transport Wnd (mph) NE 2 S 9 SW 33 Vent Rate (kt-ft) 8480 1760 144130 Dispersion 4 1 5 DSI 2 2 Sunshine Hours 6 5 Max ADI Early 18 Gen Poor 10 Poor 54 Gen Good Max ADI Late 24 Fair 8 Poor 41 Gen Good Max LVORI Early 8 5 4 Max LVORI Late 3 5 3 Remarks: ADI is Atmospheric Dispersion Index by Lavdas.
