Deep northwesterly flow across the Commonwealth today through Sunday will bring dry conditions with comfortably low humidity for the bulk of the long holiday weekend. Winds will be moderately gusty, especially during the late morning and afternoon hours today and Saturday. Wind speeds will average 10 to 15 mph with gusts in the 20s to around 30 mph. Min RHs today and Saturday will range from the mid and upper 30s (%) across Soth-Central and Eastern PA to the 40s elsewhere. A ridge of high pressure will drift east across the state on Sunday bringing lighter wind and a temperature increase of several degrees compared to today and Saturday's slightly below normal highs. Clouds will increase late Sunday into Sunday night, ahead of low pressure moving northeast out of the Ohio Valley. This weather feature and its preceding warm front and training cold front will bring periods of rain and a chance of a few thunderstorms Sunday night into Monday. && Warren- Including the city of Warren 344 AM EDT Fri Jun 19 2026 Today Tonight Sat Cloud Cover Pcldy Mclear Pcldy Precip Type None None None Chance Precip (%) 0 0 0 Chance of Thunder (%) 0 0 0 Temp (24h trend) 72 (-1) 50 (-4) 72 RH % (24h trend) 44 (-18) 94 (-6) 45 20ftWnd-Val/AM(mph) W 5 G15 Lgt/Var 20ftWnd-Rdg/PM(mph) W 8 G20 W 5 G19 W 6 G15 Precip Amount 0.00 0.00 0.00 Precip Duration Precip Begin Precip End Mixing Hgt(ft-agl) 5530 400 5530 Transport Wnd (mph) W 26 NW 8 NW 20 Vent Rate (kt-ft) 127190 2800 94010 Dispersion 5 2 5 DSI 2 2 Sunshine Hours 9 11 Max ADI Early 112 Very Good16 Gen Poor 88 Good Max ADI Late 133 Very Good5 Very Poor 118 Very Good Max LVORI Early 7 5 6 Max LVORI Late 1 6 1 Remarks: ADI is Atmospheric Dispersion Index by Lavdas.
