A large area of surface high pressure drifting east off the Mid Atlantic Coast today will bring light wind this morning, then a moderately gusty south to southwest wind this afternoon. Dewpoints will only be in the teens to start the day today, then rise into the low and mid 20s. However, with milder temperatures, similar or even lower RHs will occur today vs Saturday. Widespread minimum RH values of 20-30pct are expected this Sunday afternoon. Still relatively moist fine fuels, combined with sunshine mixing with or becoming hidden by a thickening layer of mid and high clouds, will help keep the risk of wildfire spread in check today. Showers will be possible on late Monday and Monday night, mainly across the northern part of the Keystone state. RHs will rise for Monday, staying above 40pct for most of Central PA.
