Showers are expected to impact portions of northwestern Pennsylvania with modest relative humidity recovery overnight into Friday morning. Another period of light rain showers (< 0.25") are expected to reach the northwest third-to-half of the area Friday afternoon into Friday night. The southeastern portion of the forecast area is projected to miss out on much of the aforementioned rainfall, with no widespread rainfall expected for the next several days through the middle of next week. This will allow for no relief or improvement in ongoing moderate to severe drought conditions in these regions. Dry air aloft on Friday and Saturday could lead to lower relative humidity as well with winds slightly lower on Friday compared to Saturday. && Warren- Including the city of Warren 205 PM EDT Thu Apr 9 2026 Tonight Fri Fri Night Sat Cloud Cover Pcldy Pcldy Mcldy Mclear Precip Type Tstms Showers Showers None Chance Precip (%) 40 80 70 0 Chance of Thunder (%) 40 0 0 0 Temp (24h trend) 46 (+10) 69 (+2) 33 56 RH % (24h trend) 90 (+36) 48 (+15) 95 32 20ftWnd-Val/AM(mph) SW 5 G18 Lgt/Var 20ftWnd-Rdg/PM(mph) SW 5 G15 SW 7 G21 NW 5 G16 Lgt/Var Precip Amount 0.21 0.20 0.12 0.00 Precip Duration 2 4 3 Precip Begin 6 PM 1 PM Continuing Precip End 5 AM Continuing 2 AM Mixing Hgt(ft-agl) 370 4750 620 4190 Transport Wnd (mph) S 12 SW 31 N 12 NW 6 Vent Rate (kt-ft) 3700 128250 6200 20950 Dispersion 2 5 2 5 DSI 2 Sunshine Hours 4 9 Max ADI Early 23 Fair 111 Very Good20 Gen Poor 47 Gen Good Max ADI Late 8 Poor 116 Very Good11 Poor 50 Gen Good Max LVORI Early 4 4 5 5 Max LVORI Late 5 2 6 1 Remarks: ADI is Atmospheric Dispersion Index by Lavdas.
