Periods of showers and a few thunderstorms are expected this afternoon into tonight. Some of the storms could become severe with localized damaging wind gusts and heavy rainfall, mainly east of the Susquehanna Valley and possibly into the Laurel Highlands. Much of Central PA is under a cloudy and more stable airmass from extensive cloud cover resulting from a fairly lareg area of mid to late morning showers and thunderstorms across Western PA. A relatively cooler and noticeably less humid airmass arrives through midweek followed by a stretch of dry weather into the weekend. && Warren- Including the city of Warren 320 PM EDT Tue Jul 21 2026 Tonight Wed Wed Night Thu Cloud Cover Mcldy Pcldy Pcldy Mclear Precip Type Tstms Showers None None Chance Precip (%) 90 30 0 0 Chance of Thunder (%) 70 0 0 0 Temp (24h trend) 55 (-7) 68 (-9) 46 74 RH % (24h trend) 100 (+19) 56 (-20) 98 39 20ftWnd-Val/AM(mph) NW 5 G15 Lgt/Var 20ftWnd-Rdg/PM(mph) SW 5 G18 NW 6 G16 Lgt/Var Lgt/Var Precip Amount 0.20 0.02 0.00 0.00 Precip Duration 4 1 Precip Begin 6 PM 8 AM Precip End 5 AM 6 PM Mixing Hgt(ft-agl) 460 3840 410 5410 Transport Wnd (mph) W 10 W 17 NW 6 NW 7 Vent Rate (kt-ft) 4140 57600 2050 32460 Dispersion 2 5 1 5 DSI 2 2 Sunshine Hours 6 13 Max ADI Early 17 Gen Poor 43 Gen Good 22 Fair 52 Gen Good Max ADI Late 8 Poor 73 Good 3 Very Poor 53 Gen Good Max LVORI Early 6 5 6 7 Max LVORI Late 8 3 7 1 Remarks: ADI is Atmospheric Dispersion Index by Lavdas.
