High pressure drifting east across the Central Appalachians this afternoon will provide plenty of sunshine for the rest of today with just some flat, fair-weather cumulus scattered about. The RH will be in the 30-40% range across almost all of central Pennsylvania through dusk, before gradually rising overnight to between 75 and 90 percent at daybreak Sunday. Slightly muggier air will return on Sunday, helping showers and scattered strong to severe thunderstorms to develop over the western mountains and Lower Susquehanna Valley in the afternoon. Some storms will last into the first half of the night. Min RH values on Sunday will only drop to the 50-60 percent range. Drier and cooler air arrives for Monday and Tuesday. && Warren- Including the city of Warren 246 PM EDT Sat Jun 13 2026 Tonight Sun Sun Night Mon Cloud Cover Mclear Mcldy Pcldy Pcldy Precip Type None Tstms Tstms None Chance Precip (%) 0 100 60 0 Chance of Thunder (%) 0 50 50 0 Temp (24h trend) 59 (+8) 77 (-6) 46 68 RH % (24h trend) 83 (-9) 61 (+25) 98 38 20ftWnd-Val/AM(mph) Lgt/Var Lgt/Var 20ftWnd-Rdg/PM(mph) Lgt/Var SW 6 G17 NW 5 G16 W 5 G14 Precip Amount 0.00 0.38 0.21 0.00 Precip Duration 5 2 Precip Begin 8 AM Continuing Precip End Continuing 12 AM Mixing Hgt(ft-agl) 450 2990 600 5990 Transport Wnd (mph) S 10 SW 21 NW 13 W 15 Vent Rate (kt-ft) 4050 53820 6600 77870 Dispersion 2 5 3 5 DSI 1 2 Sunshine Hours 5 10 Max ADI Early 6 Very Poor 55 Gen Good 18 Gen Poor 67 Good Max ADI Late 7 Poor 72 Good 8 Poor 99 Good Max LVORI Early 3 4 6 5 Max LVORI Late 4 3 8 1 Remarks: ADI is Atmospheric Dispersion Index by Lavdas.
