Upper level low pressure over Syracuse New York this morning will drift slowly south today, then east along the Southern New England Coast on Thursday. Areas of light rain/showers will pivot around this low and spread across the Northeast quarter to third of the state at times this afternoon and Thursday. Notably cooler Northwest low level flow will pick up limited moisture off the Great Lakes and create plenty of clouds and isolated to scattered rain showers as the air is lifted across the Northwest Mountains and Laurel Highlands. Throughout the Central Mountains and much of the Mid and Lower Susquehanna Valley, variable amounts of clouds will occur today and Thursday with scattered sprinkles or a few brief rain showers. High pressure building east from the Ohio Valley will bring dry conditions and comfortable temperatures and humidity for Friday and Saturday. && Warren- Including the city of Warren 326 AM EDT Wed Jul 29 2026 Today Tonight Thu Cloud Cover Mcldy Pcldy Mclear Precip Type None None None Chance Precip (%) 0 0 0 Chance of Thunder (%) 0 0 0 Temp (24h trend) 74 (-3) 54 (-5) 77 RH % (24h trend) 61 (-14) 99 (-1) 54 20ftWnd-Val/AM(mph) NW 5 G16 Lgt/Var 20ftWnd-Rdg/PM(mph) NW 7 G18 Lgt/Var N 6 G15 Precip Amount 0.00 0.00 0.00 Precip Duration Precip Begin Precip End Mixing Hgt(ft-agl) 4430 450 4340 Transport Wnd (mph) NW 20 N 10 N 17 Vent Rate (kt-ft) 75310 4050 65100 Dispersion 5 3 5 DSI 2 2 Sunshine Hours 5 12 Max ADI Early 48 Gen Good 24 Fair 78 Good Max ADI Late 75 Good 5 Very Poor 83 Good Max LVORI Early 8 4 6 Max LVORI Late 3 6 1 Remarks: ADI is Atmospheric Dispersion Index by Lavdas.
