A nor'easter will languish along and off the NJ/Long Island coasts all weekend and into Monday. The storm will cause rain to move in from the east and make gusty winds. Rainfall should mainly be confined to the east of State College. But, some light rain may sneak into western PA on Sunday. The strongest wind gusts up to 40 mph are expected throughout the Susquehanna Valley, especially on the higher ground.
