Seasonably cool end to the week with a couple of passing showers mainly over north central PA later this evening into Friday. Expect rain to become more widespread late Friday night. This should keep RHs falling too far tomorrow, but some areas in SE PA that will see little to no rainfall could see minimum RH values in the low 30s. Winds are likely to gust tomorrow afteroon 20+kts across the state. Despite this, greenup throughout much of the region should preclude most fire spread. Additional showers are likely to last into Saturday morning before another round Sunday into early Monday followed by dry weather and frost/freeze risk Monday night into next Tuesday. && Warren- Including the city of Warren 252 AM EDT Fri May 8 2026 Today Tonight Sat Cloud Cover Pcldy Mcldy Mcldy Precip Type Showers Showers Tstms Chance Precip (%) 30 70 80 Chance of Thunder (%) 0 0 50 Temp (24h trend) 58 (+3) 41 (+7) 64 RH % (24h trend) 37 (-6) 96 (-2) 55 20ftWnd-Val/AM(mph) Lgt/Var Lgt/Var 20ftWnd-Rdg/PM(mph) W 6 G17 Lgt/Var SW 6 G16 Precip Amount 0.03 0.16 0.11 Precip Duration 1 3 5 Precip Begin 6 AM 8 PM Continuing Precip End 2 PM Continuing Continuing Mixing Hgt(ft-agl) 6010 350 3590 Transport Wnd (mph) W 20 S 6 SW 16 Vent Rate (kt-ft) 102170 1750 50260 Dispersion 5 1 5 DSI 2 2 Sunshine Hours 6 3 Max ADI Early 77 Good 10 Poor 36 Fair Max ADI Late 128 Very Good6 Very Poor 65 Good Max LVORI Early 5 4 5 Max LVORI Late 1 6 2 Remarks: ADI is Atmospheric Dispersion Index by Lavdas.
