A nor'easter off the Atlantic seaboard will lead to increasing this weekend with light rain moving in from the east on Saturday. Most of the rain will be east of the Susquehanna River, but very light rain could get as far west as State College on Saturday evening. Lebanon and Lancaster could pick up a half of an inch of rain this weekend. The northeasterly wind of 8 to 15 MPH will gust into the 20s, mainly in the eastern half of the state over the weekend.
