Hot conditions are expected today with heat index values over 100F east of I-99 and along/south of I-80. Dewpoints are expected to decrease this afternoon as drier air aloft mixes down. The result will be RH values dropping into the lower 30s or upper 20s, especially across south central PA. Temperatures will trend lower the next couple days as wildfire smoke moves in from Ontario. Dry air may once again mix down and result in RH values dropping into the low 30s Thursday and Friday. Unsettled weather with showers and thunderstorms returns this weekend. && Warren- Including the city of Warren 312 AM EDT Wed Jul 15 2026 Today Tonight Thu Cloud Cover Pcldy Pcldy Pcldy Precip Type None None None Chance Precip (%) 0 0 0 Chance of Thunder (%) 0 0 0 Temp (24h trend) 92 (+2) 64 (-2) 86 RH % (24h trend) 41 (-4) 88 (-3) 34 20ftWnd-Val/AM(mph) Lgt/Var Lgt/Var 20ftWnd-Rdg/PM(mph) NW 6 G15 Lgt/Var NW 6 G15 Precip Amount 0.00 0.00 0.00 Precip Duration Precip Begin Precip End Mixing Hgt(ft-agl) 5110 410 4740 Transport Wnd (mph) NW 21 NW 5 NW 17 Vent Rate (kt-ft) 91980 1640 71100 Dispersion 5 1 5 DSI 2 2 Sunshine Hours 10 10 Max ADI Early 42 Gen Good 71 Good 64 Good Max ADI Late 116 Very Good3 Very Poor 95 Good Max LVORI Early 5 4 5 Max LVORI Late 1 6 1 Remarks: ADI is Atmospheric Dispersion Index by Lavdas.
