Dry and breezy this afternoon. The latest guidance suggests the RH "floor" could locally approach 20-25% over south-central parts of the state. Localized wind gusts of 15-20 mph are also likely, particularly over the higher terrain. An area of light showers along an incoming cool front should impact primarly northern areas of PA this evening, with rainfall likely diminishing with southward extent. Saturday will be dry behind a cool front, with similar afternoon RH conditions versus Friday. However, the winds look a bit less on Saturday. Warmer temperatures are on tap for next week. && Warren- Including the city of Warren 153 PM EDT Fri Apr 10 2026 Tonight Sat Sat Night Sun Cloud Cover Mcldy Mclear Mclear Mcldy Precip Type Tstms None None Tstms Chance Precip (%) 80 0 0 20 Chance of Thunder (%) 20 0 0 20 Temp (24h trend) 34 (-14) 54 (-15) 32 68 RH % (24h trend) 95 (+6) 32 (-9) 79 48 20ftWnd-Val/AM(mph) Lgt/Var SE 5 G14 20ftWnd-Rdg/PM(mph) NW 6 G17 NW 5 G12 Lgt/Var S 6 G16 Precip Amount 0.08 0.00 0.00 0.00 Precip Duration 2 1 Precip Begin 6 PM 8 AM Precip End 10 PM Continuing Mixing Hgt(ft-agl) 1130 4050 190 2570 Transport Wnd (mph) N 13 NW 10 NE 5 S 21 Vent Rate (kt-ft) 12430 36450 760 46260 Dispersion 4 5 1 5 DSI 2 2 Sunshine Hours 9 5 Max ADI Early 12 Poor 46 Gen Good 32 Fair 29 Fair Max ADI Late 10 Poor 49 Gen Good 5 Very Poor 41 Gen Good Max LVORI Early 5 5 3 3 Max LVORI Late 6 1 4 2 Remarks: ADI is Atmospheric Dispersion Index by Lavdas.
