Temperatures will feel spring like across west central Texas for much of this upcoming week. Record or near record daily highs are anticipated for Wednesday through Saturday at both Abilene and San Angelo. However, a strong cold front will arrive and drop temperatures 30 degrees or more by Sunday.
Cooler temperatures will be in place today after a cold frontal passage. An increase in cloud cover may also keep slightly cooler temperatures in place as well.
