A DRY WEATHER PATTERN WITH MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES AND ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES OCCURRED ON NUMEROUS DAYS DURING JANUARY...AS A SERIES OF HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEMS MOVED INTO THE SOUTHERN PLAINS AND TEXAS.
