A strong, long-duration atmospheric river will bring excessive rainfall, flash flooding, and very strong winds to southwest Oregon and northwest California through Thursday. THE CONCHO VALLEY LATE SUNDAY NIGHT AND MONDAY MORNING...RESULTING
IN GENERALLY LESS THAN 2 INCHES OF SNOW. A FEW LOCATIONS ALONG THE
INTERSTATE 20 CORRIDOR DID RECEIVE JUST OVER 3 INCHES.
