A 49 MPH PEAK WIND GUST OCCURRED IN ABILENE...AND SAN ANGELO RECORDED A 47 MPH PEAK GUST. TRANQUIL WEATHER OCCURRED DURING THE LAST FEW DAYS OF THE MONTH WITH A COLD FRONTAL PASSAGE ON THE 31ST.
