Looking ahead to Thursday, it looks to feature the hottest day of next week. HeatRisk reaching moderate to major risk for many spots, with the hottest temperatures focused in the Inland Empire and lower deserts. Hazardous heat is also expected for the San Diego Valleys and inland Orange County.
