What is HeatRisk?

3 ft southwesterly swells at 14-15 seconds will continue to bring elevated surf of 3-5 feet with sets up to 6 feet, especially on more south-southwest facing beaches. This swell will persist into next week. A Beach Hazard Statement remains in effect through Sunday evening. High risk for rip currents accompanies this elevated surf.

Relatively cool, near to slightly below average temperatures expected this weekend. Notable warming trend early-mid next week sends temperatures well above normal by Wednesday.
