Above normal temperatures continue. Highs up to 10 degrees above normal in western San Diego County and coastal Orange County.

An influx of tropical moisture interacting with a separate storm system could generate light showers across the region on Sunday into Monday. There remains a fair amount of uncertainty in north/westward extent of rain as well as totals. For now, the highest chances of rain are focused in the mountains and deserts of San Diego/Riverside counties.
