An Extreme Heat Warning is in effect for the lower deserts until 8 PM Saturday.

High temperatures will be slightly cooler today, though remain significantly above average. Moderate HeatRisk continues in the Inland Empire, and Extreme Heat in the lower deserts through this evening.

Highs for tomorrow on Sunday will not be nearly as hot as recent days, although still 10 to 20 degrees above seasonal averages.

High temperatures will begin to increase slightly Monday and Tuesday as high pressure builds in over the area again. High temperatures will not be as high as last week, though they will still be well above average.
