Gusty southwest to west winds continue today in the mountain passes, desert mountain slopes, and deserts with gust 40 to 50 mph through Sunday, with isolated gusts to 60 mph. Be careful while driving as strong winds may create lower visibilities in desert areas from blowing dust.
