A 3 ft, 13-15 second southerly swell from 190 degrees will continue to bring elevated surf of 3-6 feet with sets up to 7 feet, especially on more south-facing beaches. This persistent south swell will linger into next week. A Beach Hazard Statement remains in effect through Monday evening. High risk for rip currents accompanies this elevated surf, with strong longshore currents along more west-facing beaches.
