Significantly cooler as a result of an approaching system from the north. High temperatures for the coastal areas: 62 to 68, western valleys and inland Orange County: 67 to 69, inland valleys: 68 to 73, mountains between 4000 ft and 7000 ft: 55 to 59, high desert: 66 to 71, low desert: 84 to 87.

Areas of stronger and gusty west winds for Monday afternoon into Tuesday morning of next week with gusts to 35 to 45 mph for the deserts onto the desert slopes of the mountains and to 55 to 65 mph for northern Coachella Valley below the San Gorgonio Pass.
