Above normal temperatures with a warming trend west of the mountains. For the coastal areas: 63 to 70, western valleys and inland Orange County: 69 to 74, inland valleys: 71 to 77, mountains between 4000 ft and 7000 ft: 55 to 65, high desert: 66 to 69, low desert: 77 to 80.
Weak Santa Ana winds will bring very dry air west of the mountains resulting in elevated to near critical fire weather conditions this weekend. Pockets of relative humidity as low as 12-15% are possible both Friday and Saturday afternoons.
Temperatures well above normal, especially for the coasts and western valleys, which will be 4 to 8 degrees warmer than Thursday. For the coastal areas: 68 to 76, western valleys and inland Orange County: 76 to 80, inland valleys: 73 to 80, mountains between 4000 ft and 7000 ft: 55 to 64, high desert: 65 to 68, low desert: 77 to 81.
