Rainfall totals of a few hundredths to a tenth of an inch for the coasts and Inland Empire, up to 0.30 inch for the San Diego County valleys and foothills, 0.25 to 0.85 inch for the mountains, and 0.10 inch or less for the High Desert.
Snow levels are expected to drop to 5000-5500 ft, eventually falling to 4000-4500 ft Saturday morning as precipitation tapers off. 1 to 3 inches of snow is expected to accumulate in the San Bernardino and Riverside county mountains, with local amounts up to 4 inches on the southwest facing slopes of the San Bernardino mountains. Up to an inch of snow is expected to accumulate in the San Diego county mountains tonight into Saturday morning.
Peak wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph expected this morning, with gust to 40 mph expected tonight into Saturday over the mountains and into the deserts.
High temperatures for today, Friday Nov 15, 2024. For the coastal areas: 59 to 62, western valleys and inland Orange County: 59 to 64, inland valleys: 52 to 61, mountains between 4000 ft and 7000 ft: 37 to 47, high desert: 52 to 57, low desert: 65 to 70.
