A few degrees cooler than Thursday for inland areas, 5 to 10 degrees above average for the mountains, deserts, and inland valleys. High temperatures for Friday for the coast and valleys from the lower 70s near the coast to the mid 80s to lower 90s for the inland valleys, for the Apple and Lucerne Valleys in the mid 80s to lower 90s, in the lower deserts 100 to 105, and for the mountains for elevations from 4500 to 7000 feet in the lower 70s to lower 80s.

Low relative humidities will continue for inland areas through the weekend. This combined with dry fuels will result in elevated fire weather risk through the weekend.
