Another low-pressure system will be moving over the region this weekend, with additional rainfall amounts of anywhere from a quarter of an inch for southern San Diego County, to over an inch for Orange County.
High temperatures today will be slightly warmer than yesterday, as drier conditions set in.
Near to slightly below average high temperatures over the weekend as a weaker system moves in over the area.
Another system moves into the area Saturday and into Sunday with a secondary system moving in behind it. This will continue rain chances into next week.
Here's a look back at some of the climate statistics for 2025. Average high and low temperatures ended up being within a degree or two of normal. With a dry start to the year, total rainfall at San Diego and Riverside fell a little short of normal. Tropical storm remnants in September and atmospheric rivers helped Palm Springs climb above normal for the calendar year.
