A surge of moisture will bring rainfall to Central California Monday, dissipating as it propagates southward. Chance of scattered light rain starting Monday afternoon for the San Bernardino County Mountains, with higher chances for other areas Tuesday morning through Wednesday. Highest confidence of rainfall for Orange County, Inland Empire and San Bernardino Mountains as rain appears to dissipate further south and inland. Details on timing and totals are uncertain.
Elevated wind gusts of 25 to 35 mph for the deserts and desert slopes of the mountains. Gusts of 30-45 mph for the mountain passes.
