Strong Cold Front will Bring Snow/Wind to the West, High Winds to Central and Southwest Wyoming Today

SYNOPSIS:

A strong cold front will move across west and central this morning. This front will bring more snow to the western mountains and valleys with moderate to locally heavy snow falling this morning. Strong to high winds are also expected with this storm. Sustained winds will be 30 to 45 mph with gusts of 50 to 65 mph across the mountains, and portions of central and southwest Wyoming.

IMPACTS:

Severely reduced visibility at times from snow and blowing snow.
Strong to possibly high wind gusts will create dangerous cross winds. This includes I-80, I-90, I-25, and Wyoming Boulevard.
