Back-to-back powerful Pacific storm systems to impact the Pacific Northwest and northern California through the end of this week with heavy rain, flooding, strong winds, and higher elevation mountain snow. A moist pacific storm and associated cold front returned snow to western and portions of central Wyoming Friday afternoon through the day Saturday. 1 to 2 FEET of snow fell across the far western mountains in Wyoming with almost a foot of snow in portions of Jackson Hole. Most areas east of the Divide saw little or no snowfall from this system, except the Casper area where 4 to 6 inches of wet snow fell on Saturday.
