A large storm system moved through the region this weekend, depositing over 6 inches of snow on the peaks. Some of the higher valley locations recorded 2 to 3 inches of very wet snow, however most areas below about 6500ft never changed over to snow and had a nice, steady rain.

Most of the snow fell high up in the mountains like here at Cody Bowl (Jackson Hole Mountain Resort)

Most of the valleys and basins recieved a beneficial rain, like Casper and Riverton. The western valleys saw a rain/snow mix with some places, like Star Valley Ranch, reporting 3 inches of the frozen stuff.
