Debby to Bring Considerable Flash Flooding Across the Southeast; Hot Temperatures Return to the Plains

Hurricane Debby is expected to make landfall along the Big Bend Region of Florida on Monday. Life-threatening storm surge, considerable to widespread severe flash, urban and river flooding, strong winds and tornadoes are likely.
