Excessive Rainfall in the Interior Mid-Atlantic; Critical Fire Weather Conditions in the Northern Great Plains

A Moderate Risk (level 3 of 4) of Excessive Rainfall is forecast for portions of central Virginia. Heavy rainfall may lead to areas of flash flooding. Dry fuels and windy conditions will support elevated to critical fire weather conditions from the Intermountain West to portions of the northern Great Plains.
