Light snow returns this afternoon, slowly increasing in coverage and intensity through late afternoon. Heaviest snow accumulation is expected this evening and overnight, roughly between 7pm and 2am. 3-6 inches are possible in the Advisory, and 4-10 inches are possible in the Warning (PA/WV ridges). Localized higher amounts will be possible with snow bands and squalls.

Heaviest snowfall rates are expected between 7PM Wednesday and 2 AM Thursday. Reduced visibility and quick accumulation on roads is possible.
