Here are some of the most significant events to impact our region during the 2010 decade (2010-2019). We had several river flooding events throughout the decade, along with major tornado outbreaks, historic snowstorms, exceptional drought and extreme heat that highlighted our top 10 list.

1. Devastating river flooding of April and May in 2011.

2. May 25, 2011 Tornado outbreak that included a 48 mile long EF-3 tornado in Carter and Wayne Counties Missouri
