Cheatham County


West of Ashland City -- Aerial view shows the convergent pattern of trees uprooted by the tornado. Note the direction of the root balls on the top vs. the bottom of the picture.


Trees uprooted along North Main Street in Ashland City.


Communications tower blown down behind Centennial Medical Center in Ashland City.

Davidson County


Extensive damage to the South end of the Metro Baptist Church in Goodlettsville.


Many small homes in West Goodlettsville were completely destroyed.


Several businesses just West of I-65 in Goodlettsville were demolished.

Dickson County


Maple Valley Road NE of Charlotte -- Three mobile homes were thrown into each other and demolished.


Grocery store on Hwy. 49 near Bellsburg.


One story brick home off Hwy. 49 near Bellsburg. The vehicle (which was parked approximately 50 feet from the house) was thrown into the basement.


The home was ripped from it's foundation and thrown 100+ yards into the woods. Some of the remains are visible in the distance.

Sumner County

Two mobile homes destroyed in north Warren County near West Green Hill Road. There were two fatalities at this location.
