The temperature for September averaged 76.0 degrees which is 4.5 degrees above normal. The hottest September on record was back in 1925 when the temperature averaged 81.5 degrees.

The average high was 87.9 degrees and the average low was 64.0 degrees. The hottest temperature during the month was 94 degrees on the 15th and 25th. The coolest was 49 degrees on the 29th and 30th.
