Overview

A line of severe thunderstorms enveloped portions of the Nashville Metropolitan Area on June 27th, leaving tree damage and some structural damage behind. The most notable damage occurred in Antioch and Greenbriar, where trees fell on homes. Radar and ground reports estimated wind gusts in excess of 65 to 70 miles per hour. In addition to wind damage, flash flooding occurred in portions of northern Maury and southern Williamson Counties.
