An elevated to significant flooding threat will continue today across Puerto Rico with the highest risk across the eastern and northeastern portions of the region and northern USVI. Thunderstorm chances have decreased overnight. The primary threat this afternoon through tomorrow morning will be locally heavy rainfall. Impacts include ponding of water on road surfaces and unsecured objects blowing about in the wind.
