Heavy Rain and Strong Winds in the Northwest; Rain and Thunderstorms Along the Gulf Coast and Florida

An atmospheric river will bring heavy rain, high elevation mountain snow and strong winds to the Northwest states and northern Rockies through Tuesday. A system tracking along the Gulf Coast will move across Florida today bringing occasionally strong winds, heavy rain and thunderstorms.
