Rounds of heavy rainfall are expected through next week with increasing flooding risk across the area. You should be prepared for rising creeks, rivers, and streams. If you leave in a flood prone area, have a plan for if flooding occurs.

A drier day is on tap today with continued mild temperatures. An unsettled pattern can be expected this weekend into early next week, with multiple rounds of showers and even a few thunderstorms expected at times. Flooding will be a concern early next week.
