Isolated severe thunderstorms and widespread showers may produce flash flooding across the Southern Plains through Thursday. Numerous instances of flash flooding are expected in south-central Texas, including portions of the Hill Country; and an additional area across eastern Oklahoma into the Ozarks on Thursday. 2. Northern Cherokee National Forest (extreme northeast Tennessee).

3. Great Smoky Mountains National Park (Tennessee side only).

4. Southern Cherokee National Forest (extreme southeast Tennessee).

5. Nantahala National Forest (extreme southwest North Carolina).

6. East Tennessee District [east] (northeast Tennessee).

7. East Tennessee District [west] (central east Tennessee).

8. Cumberland District [south] (southeast Tennessee).
