Tropical Depression Nine has formed and will continue to slowly move to the north-northwest in the coming days. 1. Jefferson National Forest and Virginia State District 6 (extreme southwest Virginia)

2. Northern Cherokee National Forest (extreme northeast Tennessee).

3. Great Smoky Mountains National Park (Tennessee side only).

4. Southern Cherokee National Forest (extreme southeast Tennessee).

5. Nantahala National Forest (extreme southwest North Carolina).

6. East Tennessee District [east] (northeast Tennessee).

7. East Tennessee District [west] (central east Tennessee).

8. Cumberland District [south] (southeast Tennessee).
